Private Chakras, Reiki & Higher Self Sessions

These sessions are for those looking to re-center: for clarity, release & balance within your being of mind, body, soul & spirit. The goal of the session is to align your energy in support of your actions & intention moving forward.

In a session, expect conversation, chakra reading & balancing, Reiki, crystals, meditation, sound healing, light breathwork and spiritual guidance. 

The goal is to have you leaving feeling refreshed, aligned and clear minded. You are likely to have breakthroughs after receiving a session.

Cacao Ceremonies

Cacao is the heart opener of plant medicines. Sourced from a women's collective in Guatemala, we are blissed to come together in circle to experience the profound cacao. I lead ceremonies with the intention to bring deep, aligned healing for every individual who chooses to take the journey. There is ritual aspects, Reiki energy, meditation & aligned energetic actions.

Cacao showed up in my life when I was releasing a bad addiction/reliance to coffee. Not knowing the magical elements of cacao, I began consuming it intuitively with morning ritual to heal myself...then a short bit later it was introduced to me as a ceremony medicine. I believe the cacao I drank supported opening my heart to new levels of consciousness & love. I now share this with others, too.

Reiki & Meditation Circles

Group mediation circles can be healing, peaceful, releasing and even invigorating! I enjoy doing these events, as it is an opportunity to share Reiki to groups & individuals, too! Chakra Balancing Reiki Healings are held to support the detoxing & aligning of our souls. Amelia creates a sacred space and intentions are set. The circle is guided through mediation/light breathwork and into a deep chakra balancing. By the end of the healing session, you will feel more aligned with your soul and at peace, standing in your power. The goal of the session is similar to a private 1:1 session but offers community and group healing power.
